Essential oil recipes for sleep and calm

Infuse your self care routine with the natural healing benefits of essential oils
with these simple, inexpensive blends:
Soothing Sleep essential oil blend recipe
Whether you use them topically or in a diffuser, essential oils give you a restful
calm before bedtime and help you find a deep sleep. Our favorite is this lavender
and chamomile blend:
- Combine 10 drops of lavender essential oil with 10 drops of chamomile essential
oil into a 5 ml roller bottle.
- Fill remaining bottle space with carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, sweet almond
oil or jojoba oil)
- Shake well to combine. Roll mixture on bottom of feet, neck, shoulders or spine.
- You can also add 5 drops of each oil to an essential oil diffuser.
Blissful Bath Blend essential oil recipe
7 drops lavender essential oil
6 drops jasmine essential oil
5 drops thyme essential oil
5 drops sandalwood essential oil
1 C Epsom salts
1 Tbsp jojoba oil, olive oil or sweet almond oil
1/4 C Himalayan pink salt (sea salt works too!)
Combine ingredients in a jar and stir thoroughly. Add desired amount of mixture
to warm bath water and enjoy.
