Shipping Fee: Shipping is free for all Automatic Resupply orders. We charge a $11.95 USD flat shipping fee for all other orders.
Order tracking: If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
We currently ship international orders with DHL International Priority Mail or FedEx TrakPak. Transit time averages 10-15 business days. Please note that international deliveries shipped from the U.S. may be delayed at the border for an extended time by Customs and they may charge a fee. This delay and fee are random and not all parcels are stopped or charged.
Refunds: Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
