Blissful Bath recipe
- 5 drops Lavender essential oil
- 5 drops Bergamot essential oil
- 5 drops Frankincense essential oil
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 1 tbsp jojoba oil, olive oil or sweet almond oil
In a bowl, add the essential oils and jojoba oil to the salt and stir with a spoon to distribute oils. Add mixture to a hot bath. Relax in the bath for half hour to one hour.

Don’t have time for a full bath? Try a stress relieving foot soak using soothing rose essential oil.
- 7 drops of rose essential oil
- 1 tbsp jojoba oil
Pour ingredients into a basin of warm water (large enough for your feet to fit). Swish with your hand to mix. Place feet in the bath and relax!
