Because I have severe problems with acid reflux I found that I was unable to take the "vitamin" part of this protocol.The customer service people were wonderful at discussing this with me and making suggestions. Now I take only the "thyroid" portion, and this isn't bothering my stomach. I feel more clear-headed and energetic overall. I haven't changed what I eat but I've lost a little weight, which is always a plus! Overall I feel this is doing exactly what I needed it to do.

I was experiencing some hair thinning and was struggling with about 5 lbs that I was not able to keep off no matter what I did. In 2015 at my yearly exam my TSH was slightly above normal.
